What Is GLOW Peptide Blend?
GLOW combines three peptides: GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500. The two vials shown here contain a freeze-dried blend; the autoinjector is supplied as a preloaded solution.123
GHK-Cu
Copper tripeptide
The copper-containing component
BPC-157
15-amino-acid peptide
The second component
TB-500
Thymosin β4
Full-length in the supplied vial COAs
The 50 mg and 70 mg vials use different ingredient proportions. Both contain 10 mg of TB-500; the 70 mg vial contains more GHK-Cu and BPC-157. The pen is a separate liquid format, labeled 50 mg/mL in a 3 mL device.

GLOW 50 mg vs 70 mg: What Is Inside?
The ingredient amounts below come from the supplied lot certificates. They describe two distinct formulas, not simply different pack sizes of an identical ratio.12
Ingredient amounts per vial
GLOW Blend 50 mg
35 mg GHK-Cu, 5 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500 in a 3 mL vial. The supplied certificate for lot PL-2609-042 reports 99.70% blend purity by RP-HPLC and identifies all three components by LC-MS.
GLOW Blend 70 mg
50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500 in a 3 mL vial. The supplied certificate for lot PL-2609-043 reports 99.72% blend purity by RP-HPLC and identifies all three components by LC-MS.
What changes between the two vials?
The 70 mg vial adds 15 mg of GHK-Cu and 5 mg of BPC-157 compared with the 50 mg vial. The declared TB-500 amount stays at 10 mg. Choose the formulation that matches your research specification, rather than treating the two ratios as interchangeable.
Both certificates identify TB-500 as N-acetyl thymosin β4, a full-length 43-residue peptide. The supplied autoinjector specification lists 107 mg GHK-Cu, 21.4 mg BPC-157 and 21.4 mg TB-500 (Thymosin β4) per 3 mL pen, using the 5:1:1 mass ratio of the 70 mg vial.

GLOW Peptide Benefits: The Research Behind the Blend
Skin and collagen biology, tissue-repair mechanisms, and thymosin β4 research explain the interest in GLOW's components. Here is what the cited studies actually examine.
Skin & collagen
A fibroblast-culture study reported increased collagen synthesis with GHK-Cu. It studied the component in cells, not the complete GLOW blend.
Evidence: laboratory study 4Tissue-repair mechanisms
Tendon-explant and cell experiments examined outgrowth, survival under stress, and migration. These are experimental findings, not promised recovery outcomes.
Evidence: tissue and cell work 5Ingredient-specific evidence
A phase I study examined a recombinant thymosin β4 preparation. It did not evaluate these GLOW products or prove blend effectiveness.
Evidence: different preparation 6Component evidence is not blend evidence. These graphics describe research areas, not established treatment benefits or guaranteed results from the three products.
How to interpret the benefit claims
Collagen synthesis in a cell model, tendon-cell migration, and a phase I safety study answer different questions. None is a before-and-after trial of the 50 mg vial, the 70 mg vial, or the autoinjector shown here. The full review separates the substance studied, the method, and the outcome.
A claim of synergy also needs evidence about the combination itself. Adding ingredients or increasing a vial's total weight does not, by itself, demonstrate stronger effects. Use the formulation table to compare the products and the research page to assess the supporting studies.

GLOW Peptide Before and After: Reading the Evidence
Before-and-after claims should identify the exact product, what changed, how the outcome was measured, and what else happened during the same period. Lighting, skincare, camera position and other treatments can affect the apparent result. A review of delivery or packaging is not evidence of a biological effect.

GLOW Safety and Product Handling
The supplied vial certificates state for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use. They report results for particular samples and lots; they are not clinical safety approvals.12
The vial records list sealed storage at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Use the current label and supplier instructions for your exact product. Do not transfer powder-vial storage assumptions to a preloaded solution.
Testing a sample's identity, purity, endotoxin or sterility does not establish a personal dose or rule out adverse effects from use. For individual medical questions, speak with a licensed clinician. GLOW safety overview.
