How we select and explain sources
Our standard is to support substantive factual claims with sources a reader can inspect. Primary research papers, trial records, official regulatory materials, product specifications, and original laboratory reports serve different purposes; they are not interchangeable evidence.
A research summary should identify the exact substance or formulation, the study setting, and the outcome measured. Cell-culture and animal findings are identified as such. A study of one ingredient is not presented as a clinical trial of a complete GLOW or KLOW blend.
Supplier material can support what that supplier declares about a product. It does not independently prove a health benefit. Community reports and personal accounts are distinguished from controlled research, and unsupported conclusions are not presented as established facts.
Where evidence is incomplete or conflicting, the relevant limit belongs beside the claim. Sources should be checked against the text they are used to support, not added merely to make a page appear authoritative.
Product specifications and COAs
Product information is tied to the formulation and format actually discussed. The 50 mg vial, 70 mg vial, and preloaded autoinjector are not treated as interchangeable specifications.
A certificate of analysis is attributed to its issuer and the named batch. Manufacturer in-house testing is identified as in-house testing; it is not described as independent third-party testing. The supplied GLOW vial certificates expressly make that distinction.
We distinguish declared ingredient quantities from measurements reported by a laboratory. Purity, identity, content, sterility, and other test results are described according to the scope of the document. A result from one lot is not extended to other lots or to a different product format.
A COA is analytical documentation, not proof of clinical effectiveness or permission for human use. The original report remains the reference for what was tested.
See Quality + COA and the COA report library for the supporting documents.
Updates and correction requests
To flag an error, email [email protected]. Include the page URL, the sentence or figure in question, the proposed correction, and a supporting source where available.
Our correction process is to check the report against the underlying material and revise or remove inaccurate content. A meaningful change to a scientific claim, formulation, or numerical result should be identified in the page history or an editorial note. Minor spelling and layout changes do not require a separate correction notice.
A displayed review date refers to a substantive review, not an automatic date refresh. No fixed clinical monitoring schedule or response-time guarantee is implied by a date on the page.
Information, not personalized treatment
The site provides product and research information. It does not establish a clinician-patient relationship or offer individual diagnoses, treatment plans, or self-administration advice.
Discussion of an online protocol is not a clinical endorsement of that protocol. Product labeling, research status, and any cited regulator material must be presented accurately and in context. These editorial statements do not replace review of the underlying product claims or applicable commercial requirements.
